What is your return policy?
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for our products. We take quality seriously and make sure every order is sent with precision and care. Because we are handling food products and care about safety, we cannot accept products that have left our facility.

When should I expect my package?
For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
